THAI FOOD AND THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY IT

Thai food is about savoring the distinctive taste and aroma that each ingredient will provide. When cooked together, they produce a “well-rounded taste” or the sense of “aroy” in Thai.

Thai food is about sharing. It should comprise of at least 4-6 different dishes, such as Yum/Larb, Stir-Fried, Curry, Soup, Deep-Fried and / or Steamed. It is not served in sequence like Western food. All dishes are served almost at the same time and shared. Little by little, most dishes will go well with a spoon of jasmine rice. Different sauces accompany different dishes. However, a dash of “Prik Nam Pla” (chili, fish sauce, and lime) will certainly add delight to most dishes.
